Laughter yoga instructor Eser Mutlu is known for her work aimed at enhancing emotional awareness and strengthening psychological balance. Prof. Dr. Cengiz Güleç, one of the distinguished figures in psychiatry, has conducted significant academic and clinical work in the field of mental health over many years. His studies focus on psychological structure, emotional balance, and the impact of contemporary life conditions on individual experience. He is particularly recognized for his reflections on the effects of modern life on psychological integrity and the fragility of joy.
As part of the International Women’s Day event organized by the Hacettepe University Faculty of Architecture, Eser Mutlu will conduct an applied laughter yoga session titled “Emotional Control Through Laughter Yoga and Our Changing Mood,” while Prof. Dr. Cengiz Güleç will deliver a talk titled “Why Our Joy for Life Is So Fragile.”
The conference will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 14:00 in the Conference Hall of the Hacettepe University Faculty of Architecture. The event will be conducted in Turkish.
